•  Crawl space is 3’10’’. 
 
EXTERIOR WALLS  
•  Walls are 5” thick Lannon stone, each hand chiseled on site by European craftsmen. Exterior walls and 1 st floor ceiling are insulated with R-38 cellulose insulation. 2 nd floor walls and ceilings are insulated with R-15 cellulose insulation. All vertical bathroom plumbing stacks and bedrooms are insulated for sound attenuation with R-11 sound batts.  
 
ROOF  
•  Natural slate with 6” rubber ice and water shield covering the roof, eaves, valleys and fireplace flashing and counter flashing. All gutters, downspouts and flashings are oversized and fabricated from heavy gauge 16 ounce (including eyebrow window and porch roof) standing seam copper.  
 
WINDOWS
